Job summary

Nordstrom in Colorado is seeking an Assistant Service Experience Manager who is goal-oriented and excited about fashion. You will influence, collaborate and drive results to deliver exceptional customer experiences in-store.

You’ll support the Service Experience Manager by coaching a team, partnering with merchandising, managing budgets, and safeguarding customer privacy while adopting new processes.

Qualifications

• Track record of successful results, productivity and goal achievement.
• Strong organizational, delegation and follow-through skills.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with multiple operating systems (Windows, iOS, Android).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership of disciplines and process adoption with technology and innovation that enhance the customers experience.
• Assist the Service Experience Manager in coaching an interactive team of specialists who drive education through influence and coaching to ensure adoption of new behaviors and processes.
• Develop relationships with merchandising and store teams to lead and integrate change that promotes customer driven initiatives.
• Assist with financial aspects and budgets to drive efficiencies and continuous improvement.
• Assist with protecting security and privacy of customer information including education, compliance and disposition of issues.
• Perform all Service Experience, Cash Room and Communication procedures as applicable.
