MK METALFREE Corp. in the United States is expanding its service team in Phoenix, AZ, offering on-site repairs, calibrations, and maintenance for pharma containment systems.

You will perform software-assisted service, troubleshoot issues, and support field sales with technical guidance and testing during Factory & Site Acceptance Tests. We value candidates with several years in service, hands-on electronics/mechatronics training, and willingness to travel.

Qualificações

• Vocational training and/or at least three years experience as electronics/mechatronics or industrial maintenance technician (US equivalent).
• Several years of service experience and good customer-facing skills are required.
• Interest in continuing education on hardware and software topics.

Responsabilidades

• Service, repairs and calibrations on site and at Phoenix branch or remote locations.
• Maintenance tasks including troubleshooting, error correction and software setup for service operations.

Duties:

• Service, repairs and calibrations for our existing customers on site, but also in-house at our branch in Phoenix (AZ) or remote
• Maintenance duties, including troubleshooting, error correction, and other repairs and scheduled maintenance work. This also includes software-based setup and follow-up to service operations
• On-site sales support utilizing technical expertise, including stocktaking, network analysis, the selection of suitable technology and specifications for proposals as well as support during Factory & Site Acceptance Tests

Conditions of Employment and Qualifications:

• You possess a distinctly customer-oriented service mentality
• Error analysis in the areas of application, mechanics and software interests and excites you
• You are interested in continuing education (internal training in areas such as hardware, software, etc.)
• Preferred, but not a prerequisite: you possess basic knowledge of Network/Wi-Fi technology
• Ideally you have a background in regulated industries like Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, BioTech etc.
• You enjoy traveling and are open to other people and cultures
• You have several years of experience in service
• You are well-versed in Microsoft Office programs
• You have vocational training and/or at least three years professional experience as an electronics technician, mechatronics technician, or industrial maintenance technician (comparable education in the US)
