Join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ as a field service technician. You will service, repair and calibrate devices on site and in-house at our Phoenix branch, with travel to customers, and support during tests and acceptance procedures.

Qualifications

• You possess a distinctly customer-oriented service mentality.
• Error analysis in technical areas and software interests.
• Willingness to continue education through internal training.
• Basic knowledge of Network/Wi-Fi technology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service, repairs and calibrations for existing customers on site, at our Phoenix (AZ) branch, or remote.
• Maintenance duties including troubleshooting, error correction, and scheduled maintenance; software setup and follow-up.
• On-site sales support using technical expertise, including stocktaking and proposals during tests.
