Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, specifications, and product documentation.
• Familiarity with warranty processes and product support practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone and email.
• Troubleshoot product and application issues and propose solutions.
• Review and process warranty claims.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Sales and Operations.
• Issue warranty credits and coordinate claim resolution.
• Prepare return authorizations and supporting documentation.
• Track warranty trends and support quality initiatives.
• Develop warranty and service reports for management.
