Job summary

A healthcare solutions provider is seeking a technician to install and demonstrate IVF Lab equipment in Ahmedabad and Pune. Responsibilities include handling service complaints and managing Maintenance & Repair tasks. Ideal candidates will have a background in Electronics or Electrical engineering. The role involves travel to customer sites and requires good coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in handling service complaints and AML contracts.
• Familiarity with IVF Lab equipment installations and validation.
• Basic understanding of electrical and electronics principles.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Installations & Demonstration of all IVF Lab equipment to customers. The reporting of which should be sent to the head office every Friday, as per Service Reporting Protocol.
• To handle all service complaints as assigned by the Service Manager and co-ordinate for the same with the H.O. for timely service to the customer.
• To cater to all Maintenance & Repair requirements of the equipment’s installed.
• To be involved in all activities related Demonstration of all Equipment’s
• Responsible for handling AMC contracts for all Equipment's in co-ordination with the Service coordinator.
• To be involved in activities relating to Validation of IVF Labs and Certification.
• To assist the Projects team in the set-up activities of Turnkey Lab Set-ups.
• Responsible to send a monthly expenses statement by the 5th of the next month for expenses of your previous month. For any advance required for tour, you will email us your tour plan in advance
• Job Involves travelling to our customer sites
