Job summary

The Cooper Companies Inc. is seeking a field service professional to install, calibrate, maintain, repair, and support IVF equipment for North American customers under guidance.

You will perform installations, routine service, calibration, and validation tasks, provide basic technical support to customers and sales teams, and document service activities in D365 CRM. This role requires up to 90-100% travel across North America and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical discipline.
• Basic understanding of medical device service and lab environments.
• Ability to follow procedures and work under guidance.
• Basic troubleshooting skills (electrical and mechanical).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office; CRM exposure preferred.

Travel

Up to 90-100%

• Lifting of 50 lbs is common
• Contact with household cleaners

Qualifications

Basic understanding of medical device service

Foundational knowledge of microscopy and lab environments

Ability to follow procedures and work under guidance

Basic troubleshooting skills (electrical and mechanical)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Familiarity with MS Office; CRM exposure preferred

Passing of background check, which may include verification of prior employment, criminal conviction history, educational and driving records .

Experience

• Experience in Medical Equipment Field Service or Service and Repair preferred.
• CRM business system operation.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
