CooperSurgical in North America is seeking a field-based service professional to install, calibrate, maintain, repair, and validate IVF equipment. You will document service activity in D365 and support sales teams with basic technical help.
The role requires certifications to install equipment, strong troubleshooting skills, and willingness to travel up to 90–100%. A bachelor’s in a related technical discipline is preferred along with CRM experience.
This position is responsible for providing installation, calibration, maintenance, repair, validation, and support services for IVF customers across North America under guidance. Performs field-based equipment service and installation activities following established procedures. Builds technical competency across supported products and utilizes D365 CRM for service documentation.

The good faith estimate of the salary range for this role is $59,756 to $79,675. The actual amount offered is determined by a number of factors including but not limited to location, skills and experience.
