Esco Healthcare is seeking a Field Service Engineer to ensure customers have a superior experience with IVF medical products. The role requires strong customer-facing skills, hands-on problem solving, and travel across the US to install, test, and service equipment.

You will provide technical support and training, assist sales with inquiries, and manage parts inventory. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in biomedical, electrical, or mechanical engineering and be able to lift 50+ pounds.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of life science applications.
• Ability to travel up to 85% across the US and occasional international travel.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, service, and market IVF medical equipment across the US.
• Provide technical support and training to customers.
• Assist sales with technical inquiries and recommend suitable products.
• Inspect and test products in warehouse prior to shipment for smooth installation.
• Organize inventory of replacement parts and manage stock levels.
• Maintain service logs and communicate with factory for parts shipments.
• Attend trade shows to support sales with technical knowledge.
