Job summary

ESCO Lifesciences Group is seeking a Field Service Engineer to ensure customers have a superior experience with IVF medical products. You will solve technical issues, train customers, and travel extensively across the US to install, test, and service devices while supporting the sales team with technical inquiries.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, strong customer facing skills, and the ability to manage inventory and field feedback for product improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical, electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Knowledge of life science applications and laboratory equipment.
• Possess valid US passport, driver’s license, and credit card for traveling.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds.
• Able to work in a team-based environment and help other team members in need.
• Able to pass the substance and background check.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, service, and market IVF medical products across the US.
• Provide hands-on installation, preventive maintenance, and rectification.
• Offer training and technical support to customers and sales teams.
• Travel 85% of the time across the US (occasional international travel).
• Attend trade shows to assist in selling IVF equipment and consumables.
