Esco is seeking a Field Service Engineer to ensure customers have a superior experience with IVF medical products. This role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, technical support, and training for customers in IVF clinics across the United States.

The ideal candidate will travel up to 85% across the US, install, test and service products, and assist the sales team with technical inquiries. A Bachelor's degree in engineering and strong communication skills are required.

• Willingness to travel up to 85% across the US (occasional international).
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, service and market IVF medical products at customer sites.
• Provide hands-on technical support and training to customers.
• Assist sales with technical inquiries and product recommendations.
• Inspect products in warehouse prior to shipment and ensure smooth installation.
• Maintain service logs and track parts/shipment with factory.
• Attend trade shows to support sales with technical knowledge.
