Job summary

Target is seeking a Service and Engagement Team Leader in Bonney Lake, WA to guide guest interactions and drive store performance. You will lead a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store Attendants, delivering a consistent, friendly guest experience while meeting daily service and sales goals.

You’ll train team members, monitor performance, and coordinate with leadership to plan workload, respond to guest needs, and uphold Target’s standards across operations and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Ensure every team member understands and delivers Target’s guest experience commitments.
• Lead a team of hourly team members, including interviewing, coaching, and evaluating talent.
• Manage workload and priorities to meet store sales goals and guest engagement targets.
• Support and enable drive-up and pickup services and other front of store experiences.
