Job summary

Target in Spokane is seeking a Service and Engagement Team Leader to drive guest experience at the front of the store. You will lead a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store Attendants, coach on service standards, and ensure efficient daily operations to meet sales goals.

The role requires strong communication, team leadership, and the ability to handle busy, physical shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to stand and perform physically demanding duties
• Retail experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments consistently
• Train and coach team members on guest experience
• Lead a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store Attendants
• Manage daily/weekly workload to meet sales goals
