Job summary

Eastside Subaru in Kirkland, WA is seeking an Assistant Service Manager / Service Drive Manager to lead our service drive operations and deliver an exceptional ownership experience for every guest. This leadership role requires hands-on management, collaboration with technicians and advisors, and a focus on customer satisfaction and process efficiency.

You will coach advisors, ensure clear communication, and drive service performance and CSI scores while supporting department goals and policies.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service department leadership experience.
• Experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Service Manager, or Service Drive Manager preferred.
• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily service drive operations and customer flow.
• Coach service advisors to maximize satisfaction and performance.
• Ensure clear communication with customers throughout the repair process.
• Handle escalated customer concerns professionally.
• Monitor schedules and workflow to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with technicians and management to meet goals.
• Maintain high CSI scores and target profitability.
