Job summary

Eastside Subaru in Kirkland, WA is seeking an Assistant Service Manager / Service Drive Manager to lead our busy service drive and support technicians, advisors, and the service team. You will coach advisors, ensure smooth customer flow, and uphold high CSI through effective communication and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service department leadership experience.
• Experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Service Manager, or Service Drive Manager preferred.
• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Strong understanding of service department operations and workflow management.
• Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
