Lonestar Forklift in Houston seeks a Service Dispatcher to coordinate service jobs, schedule technicians, and manage work orders in our ERP system. This onsite role requires strong organizational and customer-focused abilities, with collaboration across Service and Parts teams to meet client needs.

You will handle workload prioritization, billing support, and maintain professional communication with customers while ensuring safety standards are followed.

Formación

• Experience with dispatching or scheduling workflows.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Customer-focused approach with excellent communication.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule, coordinate, and assign service jobs to technicians.
• Manage new and ongoing work orders using ERP.
• Prioritize appointments and optimize workloads.
• Communicate with Service and Parts teams to meet customer needs.
• Handle incoming job leads and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure safety programs are followed and incident reports completed.
• Review invoices and support billing processes.
• Maintain professional customer communications.
