Job summary

WeldFit is seeking an HTLS Service Coordinator in Houston to manage service work orders from closure to billing. You will own handoffs from sales to operations, ensure accurate documentation, and keep customers informed throughout each job.

Proficiency with Salesforce, SyteLine, and Excel is essential. The role requires coordination of schedules, data sheets, and change orders while maintaining strict timelines.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in the oil and gas industry.
• 2+ years of service coordination, dispatch, expediting, or project coordination experience preferred.
• Salesforce (Field Service) and ERP experience preferred; SyteLine a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers to confirm job details, site contacts, and projected dates.
• Upload all job details to the work order folder in CRM and complete required fields.
• Track project dates and keep CRM calendars current.
• Ensure equipment and materials are ready for each job and coordinate with Engineering on technical info.
• Support billing with documentation and reconcile service records.
• Participate in pre-job calls as WeldFit representative and communicate changes in real time.
