Job summary

Texas First Rentals is seeking a Dispatcher to prioritize and schedule all Field Service and Lube Service work in the Cibolo area. The role involves answering calls, creating and closing work orders, directing technicians, and ensuring accurate invoicing and cost tracking.

You will diagnose basic mechanical issues over the phone, coordinate with maintenance managers, and maintain strong customer service outcomes aligned with Holt's values.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years CAT Service experience or 5+ years heavy equipment industry experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnosis with technical and non-technical resources.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and schedule field service work in the assigned area.
• Communicate daily with stakeholders about scheduling, dispatching and repairs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues over the phone before dispatch.
• Coordinate and verify work orders for labor, parts and costs.
• Maintain accurate department reports and paper flow; ensure safety policies.
