Job summary

Precision Overhead Garage Service is seeking a Customer Service/Dispatcher to organize and prioritize service requests, schedule technicians, and maintain clear customer communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include data entry in dispatch software, monitoring technician workloads, and promptly handling emergencies with effective dispatching. A HS diploma is required, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus; prior dispatch or CS experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous dispatching or customer service experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming service requests from customers, technicians, or sales reps.
• Schedule service appointments based on technician availability and location.
• Maintain clear communication with customers about appointment times and delays.
• Confirm appointments and provide estimated arrival times.
• Enter data into dispatching software ensuring data integrity.
• Monitor technician availability and workloads; handle emergencies by dispatching as needed.
• Address conflicts or delays promptly and find solutions.
• Schedule door estimates.
