Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in operations dispatching or admin with heavy phone interaction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn new software.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive service calls and enter details into scheduling software.
• Schedule service and emergency calls and dispatch technicians.
• Keep technician schedules up to date and accurate.
• Coordinate with other coordinators for productivity and profitability.
• Assist with material ordering and billing audits.
