DH Pace Company, a family-owned leader in doors, is seeking a Department Coordinator in Wichita, KS to coordinate field employees and ensure service satisfaction.

You will schedule technicians, manage job details, collect COD payments, and work with billing and estimating teams to keep projects on track.

Successful candidate will have strong communication, time management, and organizational skills, with professional representation of the company.

• Experience dispatching or scheduling in a high-volume administration role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling technicians to customer job sites and submitting job details.
• Ensuring COD payments are collected prior to job completion.
• Maintain technician schedules and align tickets for materials, billing, and voided tickets.
• Run and manage department reports to meet customer expectations.
• Assist with billing paperwork and prepare service tickets for dates.
• Coordinate with estimating team to provide service quotes.
• Assist field techs with troubleshooting.
• Provide accurate work orders and warehouse picking lists.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
