Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or administrative support is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch Service Professionals for service calls, maintenance visits, and installations.
• Coordinate daily service routes and technician schedules.
• Communicate schedule changes, priority requests, and customer updates.
• Monitor job progress and adjust schedules in real time.
• Create and maintain service tickets, work orders, and customer records in Service Fusion.
• Coordinate movement of parts, equipment, and samples between facilities and customers.
