Entrance Technologies in Eagle River, WI is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to manage daily service operations for an automatic pedestrian door company. You will serve as the primary contact for calls and inquiries, schedule and dispatch technicians, and handle invoices and purchasing.

The role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and strong communication as you coordinate preventive maintenance, maintain accurate records, and support the service department to keep operations

Qualifications

• Experience in service dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or administrative coordination.
• Strong organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize, schedule, and dispatch service calls to technicians based on urgency and location.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, gather site and equipment data, and coordinate with staff.
• Review service work orders, prepare and process invoices, and ensure billing accuracy.
• Order parts, obtain pricing from vendors, and track purchasing for service calls and projects.
• Maintain large preventive maintenance project binders and documentation for multi-site accounts.
• Maintain accurate files for customers, service calls, invoices, and purchasing; support admin tasks.
