Job summary

U.S. Engineering Service is seeking a Service Coordinator to efficiently coordinate service calls and technician schedules while delivering exceptional customer experience.

The role acts as the communication hub for customers, technicians, and management to ensure dispatch, scheduling, and completion with accuracy and professionalism. The position requires strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer service or administrative role.
• Experience as Service Coordinator or Dispatcher preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and terminology a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch, work orders, and schedules to ensure timely service.
• Serve as primary contact for operations and technicians in the region.
• Manage scheduling of preventive maintenance and service calls.
• Ensure accurate client and job setup in software; open/close work orders.
• Communicate daily with Operations Management and Technicians.
• Audit completed jobs and ensure documentation completeness.
