Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily technician work and coordinate jobs.
• Communicate with customers and provide updates, timelines, and expectations.
• Create and manage service tickets and track open work orders.
• Coordinate with Parts Coordinator for pricing and parts availability.
• Prepare and submit proposals to Service Manager for review.
• Support technicians with site logistics and ensure documentation is completed.
