M.D. Plumbing & Mechanical LLC is seeking an experienced Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative in Matthews, NC. The role supports our service team by coordinating technicians, booking appointments, and communicating with customers.

The position offers above-industry pay, full-time hours, and benefits. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of dispatch experience in home services; ServiceTitan experience is preferred. Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

Dispatch experience in home services (3+ years).
ServiceTitan experience preferred.
Clear, friendly phone communication.
Strong organization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable with computers and learning new software.
Reliable, punctual, calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

Dispatch technicians and adjust schedules as emergencies and priorities change.
Schedule and book service appointments.
Answer customer calls, emails, and online requests professionally.
Keep customers updated on technician arrival times and job status.
Enter and update customer and job information accurately in our system.
Work closely with technicians and management to ensure each job is completed from start to finish.
