Responsibilities

• Dispatch technicians and adjust schedules as emergencies and priorities change (your primary role).

You'll be the person our technicians count on to keep their day on track and a friendly voice for our customers. We pay above industry standard and offer benefits to match.

What you'll do

• Dispatch technicians and adjust schedules as emergencies and priorities change (your primary role)

• Enter and update customer and job information accurately in our system
• Work closely with technicians and management to make sure every job is handled from start to finish

What we're looking for

• Comfortable with computers and learning new software
• Reliable, punctual, and calm under pressure

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with occasional Saturdays as needed

Pay and benefits

• $22–$28 per hour, full-time (40 hours/week)
