• Strong organization and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch technicians and adjust schedules as emergencies and priorities change (your primary role).
• Schedule and book service appointments.
• Help answer customer calls, emails, and online requests with professionalism and care.
• Keep customers updated on technician arrival times and job status.
• Enter and update customer and job information accurately in our system.
• Work closely with technicians and management to make sure every job is handled from start to finish.
