Job summary

Eastern Propane seeks a customer service representative to deliver exceptional service within the Service Department. You will address customer questions, coordinate with Service Technicians, and manage calls, scheduling, and data entry with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Experience operating a multi-line phone system is preferred.
• Ability to read and write in English and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Accurately respond to customer questions, concerns, and inquiries.
• Take incoming calls from Service Technicians and provide servicing and dispatch support.
• Timely and accurate management of service call scheduling and dispatching.
• Provide customers with information using application software and assist to achieve total satisfaction.
• Prepare documentation for data entry and record charges or credits on customer accounts.
• File customer documentation in appropriate folders.
