Job summary

DCC Propane, LLC is seeking a customer service oriented professional to act as the primary liaison between customers and the service team. You will provide product and service information, process transactions, and support billing inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong communication, organization, and data entry skills, with occasional light office tasks and travel limited to local area. Regular attendance at the worksite is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years in an office environment preferred.
• Customer service or inside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone and in person.
• Resolve inquiries and complaints as needed.
• Process counter transactions.
• Document and update customer records.
