Qualifications

• Experience operating a multi-line phone system.
• General knowledge of codes to assist technicians.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to customer questions with a positive, respectful dialogue.
• Take incoming calls from Technicians/Delivery Drivers and provide dispatch support.
• Schedule and dispatch service and delivery calls accurately and timely.
• Provide customers with information using software systems and data entry for charges/credits.
• File and organize customer documentation.
