Job summary

RealREPP is recruiting for a Service Coordinator to support the Service Team, schedule and dispatch technicians, process work orders and billings, and ensure top-notch customer service.

The role involves coordinating resources, maintaining accurate customer accounts, and creating execution plans for Preventive Maintenance, Repair, and Replacement work, while liaising with Project Managers and technicians to deliver efficient service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree (AA) preferred.
• 2+ years of dispatching, administrative, or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned teams’ customers.
• Receive customer warranty and service calls, determine issues, and schedule service support.
• Assign and dispatch qualified service technicians based on needs and availability.
• Communicate ETAs to customers and provide updates on delays or schedule changes.
• Manage work order documentation and assist with project invoicing and accounts payable.
• Provide labor resource coordination to support Project Managers and technicians.
• Coordinate materials, subcontractors, and equipment for service operations.
• Generate, interpret, and distribute service reports.
• Support field technician dispatching and onboarding coordination.
• Research and resolve expense discrepancies and maintain accurate customer account information.
• Prepare yearly, monthly, and weekly execution plans for PM, Repair, and Replacement work.
• Partner with internal teams on AR efforts and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Assist with onboarding and development of Service Administrators.
• Foster a professional, collaborative, customer-focused environment.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
