Job summary

Binsky in New Jersey is seeking a Service Coordinator/Dispatch to support our Integrated Service Division. You will handle customer communication, planning, dispatch and scheduling to keep projects moving smoothly.

You will communicate with customers and field technicians, develop knowledge of Build Ops software, and ensure accurate labor entry and timely job closure at the end of each day. This role offers competitive wages and benefits, with opportunities to grow within a leading mechanical

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred.
• 1–3 years of service coordination experience.
• Experience handling multiple tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with external/internal customers and field technicians.
• Develop knowledge of Build Ops software program.
• Develop a detailed understanding of all commercial service trades.
• Generate, prioritize, schedule, and coordinate with other departments to complete projects.
• Monitor and update status on all active jobs.
• Close all completed calls by the end of each day; file service tickets.
• Ensure labor hours are entered and coded properly for technicians.
• Verify labor hours are submitted for the prior day each morning.
• Ensure dispatch board has releases for the next day for every tech.
• Give out purchase orders as required.
• Coordinate phone call coverage with fellow dispatchers during lunch hours.
• Ensure PMA work is executed as scheduled and only emergencies interrupt.
