Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize technician schedules, tasks and quotas to meet customer needs.
• Dispatch orders, messages, and special instructions to technicians and other departments.
• Track work status, provide updates, and escalate issues as necessary.
• Create, manage, and close tickets while updating logs.
• Handle and process data from multiple sources.
• Create maps, upload permits, and handle related documentation.
• Keep records of service calls and work orders.
• Monitor and respond to communications to resolve scheduling conflicts.
