Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Service Coordinator to support and dispatch approximately 15 field technicians. The role collaborates with the Area Manager to ensure timely execution of service operations and daily work orders, while maintaining strong customer interactions.

The position offers a laid‑back culture with growth opportunities. On‑call rotation occurs roughly every 13 weeks, and on‑call pay is provided.

Qualifications

Experience with dispatching or coordinating service teams is required.
Strong customer service skills and clear communication with internal teams and clients.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities, including emergencies.
Proficiency with software tools like Viewpoint or similar systems.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Area Manager and current Coordinator to manage ~15 field technicians.
Process and prioritize 20–30 daily work orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Adapt to schedule changes and emergency priorities as directed.
Work with various work orders, asking questions to resolve ambiguities.
Use systems like Viewpoint and Dropbox to coordinate tasks and maintain documentation.
Participate in an on‑call rotation (approx. every 13 weeks) with on‑call pay.
