Job summary

Southern Dock Products of Charlotte – A Division of DuraServ Corp is seeking a Service Coordinator II to organize service work for technicians and manage customer inquiries in a fast-paced office environment.

You will coordinate service orders, schedule dispatches, process payments, and support warehouse tasks—working closely with management and field staff to ensure accurate, timely service delivery. Strong Microsoft Office skills and customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Experience in service coordination or office administration is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and emails; provide support and direction on customer inquiries; return calls promptly.
• Prepare service orders by creating entries in the system; coordinate with management and technicians for timely processing.
• Invoice service and maintenance work accurately; post vendor invoices for Accounts Payable.
• Schedule and dispatch service calls effectively.
• Order parts for service work and maintain related records.
• Process customer credit card payments; ensure records are secure.
