Responsibilities

• Monitors technician time tracking and ensures timely submission to Payroll.
• Assists in onboarding and processing IT hardware/permissions requests.
• Assists in coding and approvals of vendor invoices.
• Opens and tracks purchase order requests.
• Collection of documentation for customer and vendor system setup.
• Dispatching and routing multiple service technicians.
• Verifying job completion and accuracy of technician notes.
• Inbound/outbound phone calls and scheduling maintenance visits.
• Processes and issues monthly maintenance invoices.
• Makes collection calls for past-due invoices weekly.
• Provides outstanding customer service to our customers.
• Data entry and various administrative tasks.
