Job summary

Pengate Handling Systems, a premiere Raymond Solutions & Service Center in the Northeast, is hiring a Service Coordinator (Dispatcher). You will receive service calls, schedule technicians, prepare proposals, and facilitate service billing, acting as the information hub between customers, techs and other departments.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in customer service, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and CRM.
• Billing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive service calls from customers.
• Process work orders using the current business management system.
• Maintain and schedule Planned Maintenance agreements.
• Handle special billing needs for customers.
• Prepare customer quotes from field service technicians.
• Coordinate service with subcontractors at customer location.
• Arrange freight for service and support equipment and materials.
