Qualifications

• Experience overseeing maintenance for residential properties.
• Ability to manage multiple work orders and prioritize tasks.

Responsabilités

• Assist with work orders from resident requests and diagnose issues.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant apartment homes and coordinate vendors.
• Develop standards for property cleanliness and exterior/interior appearance to reflect high quality.
• Inspect work and ensure materials meet quality and budget guidelines.
