Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Service Director for its Property Management team. The role oversees maintenance across buildings, grounds, and amenities, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and high appearance standards.

You will lead the service team, manage work orders, and coordinate with vendors to maintain quality. The position requires 2–3 years of apartment maintenance experience, OSHA/MSDS familiarity, and a high school diploma; college/tech degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Work history proving hands-on maintenance and repair skills.
• Ability to read and interpret policies, manuals, and safety requirements.
• Experience leading or coordinating a maintenance team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform maintenance on buildings, grounds, and amenities.
• Manage make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors.
• Develop and monitor maintenance standards to reflect high community quality.
• Inspect work to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain inventory and assist with budgeting for repairs and capital projects.
