Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Service Director to lead maintenance and facilities operations across the community. You will oversee repairs, make-ready for vacant units, and upkeep of grounds and amenities, ensuring safety and high standards.

The role requires 2–3 years of apartment maintenance experience (high school diploma or GED; college/technical degree preferred) and EPA/OSHA compliance knowledge. On-site position with regular hours and collaboration with the Property Management team.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance or related field.
• Knowledge of OSHA and MSDS regulations.
• Preferred technical/college background.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance requests and resolve fixes per policies.
• Manage make-ready process for vacant units and scheduling.
• Set standards for property cleanliness and appearance.
• Inspect work and enforce quality and safety standards.
• Maintain inventory and assist with budget planning.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and safety meetings.
• Lead service team and coordinate with residents and vendors.
