Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of IT support experience, preferably at an MSP.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Resolve or route incoming technical inquiries.
• Communicate ticket status updates with end users.
• Install desktop software and perform remote troubleshooting.

Connaissances

Installation and troubleshooting of software applications

Installation and troubleshooting of Windows 7 and Windows 10 Professional

Knowledge of printer issues, troubleshooting, and print spool repair

Administrative knowledge of Office 365

Knowledge of Active Directory

Experience with IT ticketing system

Experience with remote administration software
