Job summary

JRK Property Holdings is seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide technical support to internal users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with system maintenance in a fast-paced environment.

You will respond promptly to help desk requests, escalate when needed, install and configure hardware and software, and collaborate with the IT team to ensure reliable operation of all systems. This is a full-time role with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Degree required; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• Proven experience as a Help Desk Technician or similar role.
• Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to internal users.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate as needed.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components.
