Job summary

Encore Technologies LLC is hiring for first shift and part-time IT helpdesk support roles in Cincinnati, OH. The position provides front-line customer support, documenting issues, and resolving hardware, software, and network problems.

During training, pay starts at $18/hour for about two weeks, increasing to $19/hour after training. Eligible for a 90-day retention bonus of $325 and a monthly performance bonus of $325, plus 2 weeks PTO, benefits, and 401k match.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Information Technology or 2 years equivalent experience preferred.
• Prior experience in a customer service role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette.
• Able to handle up to 45 calls per day across configurations.
• Experience with Microsoft O/S and messaging systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide best in class customer experience.
• Document all customer contacts in ITSM tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve applications and general compute issues.
• Follow incident management and knowledge management processes.
• Route unresolved tickets to appropriate resolver groups.
• Collaborate with service desk teammates and participate in training.
• Work on projects assigned by leadership.
