Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise parts department activities to meet sales, inventory, and service goals.
• Lead staff, hire, train, coach, and evaluate personnel as needed.
• Develop and implement sales plans, pricing, and discount strategies.
• Maintain inventory control and accuracy across the department.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain safety and compliance with company policies and standards.
• Identify and pursue prospective customers to meet quotas.
