Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Service Manager to directly lead our customer-facing Service team. You will hire, develop, and evaluate staff, oversee day-to-day performance, and ensure a safe, productive work environment while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role includes driving service quality, achieving sales, profit and payroll targets, managing budgets, and supporting field operations through hands-on leadership and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage our customer facing Service team including hiring and performance management.
• Lead the team to achieve sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals.
• Provide leadership by fostering a safe working environment and resolving customer issues.
• Train the team on effective sales techniques and support field operations.
