Doug Smith Auto in American Fork, UT is seeking a Service BDC Agent to act as the central communication hub for our Service Department. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, texts, and live website chats, and schedule service appointments to keep our workshop running smoothly.

You should be a people person with strong communication, reliability, and basic tech skills. Requires a high school diploma, 18+, valid driver’s license, and willingness to work full-time including Saturdays.
