Huntington Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram Hyundai Genesis in Huntington, NY is seeking a Service BDC Agent for a full-time role. You will answer inbound calls, transfer to the right department, take messages, and help schedule service appointments to keep customers connected with our service team.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication, a friendly professional manner, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Service BDC Agent – Full Time

Starting Pay: $17.50 per hour | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Join a Winning Team in Our Service BDC! We are looking for a motivated, friendly, and dependable Service BDC Agent to join our growing team. If you enjoy speaking with people, providing excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced team environment, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Our Service BDC is an important part of our dealership and plays a key role in keeping our customers connected with our Service Department. We are committed to developing our employees and promoting from within whenever possible.

What You'll Do:

• Answer incoming dealership and service department phone calls
• Professionally transfer calls to the appropriate department or employee
• Take accurate messages and ensure they are communicated promptly
• Make outgoing calls to customers regarding their vehicle service needs
• Contact customers to schedule service appointments
• Follow up with customers and help generate additional service business
• Assist customers with questions and provide a positive first impression of our dealership
• Document customer interactions accurately in our systems
• Work closely with Service Advisors, Managers, and the Service Department
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful attitude on every call

Monday – Friday

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

1-hour lunch
