Job summary

DeNooyer Automotive Family is seeking a BDC & Customer Care Coordinator in Marshall, MI to support both Chevrolet and Ford locations. You will handle service appointments, inquiries, and follow-up, working with an AI-assisted platform and personal assistance when needed.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills, with a daytime schedule from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• Fluent English reading, speaking and writing required.
• Experience with scheduling systems and AI-assisted platforms is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong customer service and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound service-related calls and inquiries.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel service appointments.
• Direct calls to Service, Parts, Sales or Management.
• Maintain accurate notes of conversations and requests.
• Assist with proactive outreach for recalls and maintenance offers.
