Qualifications

• Customer service experience required in call center or related environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting with multiple computer programs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems preferred.
• Automotive knowledge a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through phone, email, and chat channels.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments for clients.
• Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with service departments and other team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
