Job summary

Rafih Auto Group is seeking a Bus Develop Coordinator to support the Automotive Business Development Center. Based in Shelby Township, MI, this full-time role focuses on handling calls, guiding customers to dealership resources, and coordinating follow-ups with sales teams.

Experience in a dealership environment and strong phone skills are valued. The position emphasizes excellent communication, customer service, and CRM discipline, with benefits including health insurance, PTO, and retirement

Responsibilities

Answer customer calls and establish follow-up with sales appointments.
Respond promptly and professionally to internet inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to dealership resources.
Follow up with leads not yet ready to make an appointment or no-show.
Coordinate follow-up with dealership associates and Sales Manager to ensure proper customer service/sales process.
Utilize CRM tracking system daily to update prospect notes and organize follow-up.
